Anyone have this happen? It's only on my starboard side and happens almost every time we tack.

Trading in for a 36 would be a pricey fix.The newer H-36 rigging is setup different no strut needed and don’t have you problem.

On our boat, I found that there's enough tension on the shroud line that a few taps with a hammer will push it in and close the gap that catches the jib line. The washer idea is next if it doesn't stay put. Cheers.The same exact problem, for another boat model, was discussed this past week. There is a gap between toggle and tang that catches the line..... so eliminate the gap by installing a spacer/washer on the inboard side of the tang to push the toggle jaws inward so the outside is flush.
