my wife and i are looking to retire possibly in 5 years, we have traveled and looked at possible replacement boats for our h35.5, after doing alot of searching we have come to the conclusion that maybe our current boat will do (with a few modifications) ie watermaker, genset, various electronics, one of my main areas of concern about the boat is the rudder, i would like to replace it with a well built compsite type, ive heard that there is a place in florida that makes nice high tech rudders, does any one know there name? im also open to any sugestions about modifications to the boat, and yes im aware of the "hunters arnt good blue water boats concept".
