340 Question #3 bilge discharge

The manual says that there is a seacock to the bilge discharge in the vanity. Well I haven't found it yet! It appears to me that it is behind the hanging locker. If it is behind the vanity, how in the world do you get to the thing? I think the AC cooling water discharge is next to it and I need to clean it out.

No seacock on my 340

My bilge discharge goes directly from the bilge pump to the thru-hull (no seacock) in the side of the boat behind the panel in the locker. See photo of the inside of the locker with the panel removed. I saw this when I took the panel out of the back of the locker (tricky to do) to install my air conditioner system ductwork, wiring and seawater discharge thru-hull. See photo. Also found no hose clamp on the hose connected to the bilge discharge thru-hull !!

Yes, as a suspected. It would be nice to fabricate some easy access for those fittings. There is a opening on top of the locker but you would have to be a very flexible and small person to reach that from there. Oh well, on to other projects.
