I have been maintaining the color on the rub rail of my 336 with MEK. It is the only thing I have found that takes off the brown "stuff" that forms a coating on the rail. It works fairly eaily, and returns the rail to the grey original color. However, I am sick of doing this every few months. Once it is clean I would like to either seal it, or paint in over next time. Anyone have any good suggestions for a sealer ( now using armorall) or knowlege of what type of paint would cover this rubber-like material? Thanks. Don
