Are there any lubrication points on the 331 steering system, or on any other boat for that mater as I am sure most of the systems are the same, as I have a squeak that I can not locate. If anybody has a diagram of the wheel and rudder assembly showing the lube points that would be good. Rob.

Squeak

Try to narrow down where the squeak might be comming from. Is It from the pedistal or from the rudder shaft where it come up through the hull. The rudder shaft goes through a bronze lower bearing and a nylon upper. The upper one might need a little WD-40. If it is from the pedistal try to narrow that down also, is it high (behind the wheel) or is it low at the base. If it is low, you can get access through the rear stateroom. The roof panel should come off to expose everything. Have someone move the wheel while you listen. Good luck
