Mostly minor I think, Mark II's have vertical windlass, Lewmar ports and hatches have polished exterior frames, cockpit seats seem farther apart and more rounded on the cabin end, I think the Y-valve for shower/refer drain pump has been moved to galley from the head. The stern perch seats have a different shape and the rear pushpit or pulpit has a different shape and a built in dinghy engine mount. I think the engine instrument pod is different then the Navpod used on MKI, and most have a single lever engine control vs the 2 lever.
The MKI has anodized port frames and horizontal windlass under the anchor locker lid, MKII's it sticks up thru the lid.
Let me amend that, here's a summary from the association;
Mk II (Introduced Oct. 2006: Numerous changes: New deck mold, more headroom, new AC and DC panels (non-opening), galley sink splash guard, 2nd hanging locker, different cabin opening hatch configuration, shoebox joint and rubrail carried around transom. Enlarged V-berth (smaller anchor locker), ball & socket for rig loads (no chainplates). Deck liner extends length of boat and has A/C ducts. Water increased to 51gal. Has 3YM 29hp Yanmar
