Pump on the head is cracked and I forgot to measure before leaving the boat, anyone know if the head is a compact or full size on a 2002 320?
I'll probably just replace with a Raritan but don't know if I need a PHC or if the full size will fit.

Ted,

Even if you bought the boat new, you may not have the same head as others with your C320.

What head is it?

The PHII is not that much different in size but the Compact is, uh, compact-er? smaller...

Raritan has a great website with dimensions. Check it out.

You are aware you can buy just the pump & base and keep your bowl, right?

Stu, It's a T handle Jabsco which I'd assumed was only one used by Cat and didn't think to mention. I've used the PHC as a replacement in a 270 and a 30, but thought there was more to the "skirt" on a PHII that might make for a cleaner install.
Looking at your photos helps me see the base on the PHII, kind of a toss up to me now, appearance wise.
I considered just replacing the pump, but $100 to replace the pump on a head I don't like vs $300 for a new Raritan, I'm torn. Just ran into the owner of my last boat and he's still enjoying all the work I did.

Ted,
I used to own a '99 320 and replaced that Jabsco with a Raritan PHII. I would highly recommend investing in switching as the Raritan is so much better. It will fit fine and if you go to the 320 website you will find some pics as several owners have done this upgrade. All of the 320s came with that Jabsco head--good luck...

Glad the photos helped.

My understanding is that all you "save" from the old Jabsco is the bowl if you just get the pump "kit" from Raritan. All the rest is new, so if you can save $200, why not? $300 is a great price for a Raritan, I paid way more. And am willing to admit it. :)
