31' Irwin Citation Sailboat located in Naples, FLFor latest pictures please visit http://www.flickr.com/photos/mshoaff/1984 Irwin Citation Sloop Rig will be ready to sail with a few weeksof TLC. During the last storm the Irwin sustained some cosmeticdamage to the port side as well as to the bow. All damage is cosmeticwith NO cracks to haul. Also during the storm one stanchion was bentand I lost the roller furling system and 150 genoa. Please seeattached pictures.To get this back to pristine condition one will have to repair thefollowing:-Sand and repaint 2 foot area boot stripe, port side.-Gelcoat / paint repair bow-Replace roller furling and Genoa… (fyi, Jib is in good condition.)-Replace 2 Chocks front deck.-Replace one stanchion. Safety line is in very good condition, wasreplaced less than 2 yrs ago.-Repair chain plate.-Teak railing and trim will need a new coat Cetol wood finish.-Engine will need basic maintenance.Other than items mentioned above this boat is in great shape!Recent maintenance / improvements include:Bottom painted Feb 2005Brown boot stripes repainted Feb 2005New main sail installed July 2004Raytheon auto pilot (model: ST4000) and depth gauge (ST40) installedJuly 2003New windows recently installed starboard side.
