30 wing keel reto

Can the wing keel be retrofitted to an older Cat 30 ? Curious since the lakes are dropping. Anybody?

I think I recall reading an article about retrofitting a wing keel in the Mainsheet, the National Catalina Association magazine. The best thing would be to call Catalina and ask.
