Does anyone know off hand the distance from the leading edge of the mast to the bow on a 30' Catalina?

Also, you can probably find a manual on this site. Download & save it. It will answer your question & it contains important info for use. Click on the, "Boat Info" tab up top.
It also helps if you create your public profile. This is useful in helping you with answers to future questions like, your boat info, area of sail, fresh or salt, experience etc.
My 1980 measurement is, 11.50 Ft. also known as 100% for sizing your head sail. Any larger, the common sail sizes will read, 115%, 130/135%, 150/155%.

Sorry. The boat is a 1985. I have a manual but it is on the boat, 2 hours away. I am looking for the distance from the front edge of the mast to the stemhead. I am taking a new winter cover up to the boat and I need to cut a brace to support the cover on the bow section of the boat. I am trying to get the right length of wood to take with me.
