What is the recommended position for a 2nd reef point in the standard original equipment main on a '94 H26? What does the sail loft need to know to put in this second set of reef points? Thanks.
Ron, The standard position for a 2nd reef is 25% up the luff. If you want to go a bit deeper you can install it at 30% up the luff. To make sure everything works perfect you should provide your sailmaker with the distance measured from the back of the mast to the cheekblock that carries the #2 Reef line. Good Sailing, Bill
