I am having trouble with my throttle on a 2gmf (H - 28.5 ). There seems to be excessive throttle preload to the idle position. The only way to maintain rpm above 1200 is to manually hold the throttle lever, otherwise it will slowly creep back to idle. I disconnected the cable and found the spring tension to be at the lever on the motor, can anyone tell me if this is normal or is there a fix ? Thanks in advance for any and all advice. Don Prince
