I have fitted an Autoprop to my 1995 29.5. I have obtained improved handling under sail and especially reversing into the dock. I am working with Autoprop (excellent customer care service and personal interest) to optimise motor cruisiing performance. I need to know what boat speed was achieved with the original 15 X 12 two bladed prop at 1000 RPM, 1500 RPM, 2000 RPM, 2500 RPM, 2800 RPM, 3000 RPM, 3200 RPM, 3400 RPM, and maybe if it is achievable 3600 RPM. Could you help? Kind regards, Joe Aquilina SY Maverick

no clue really

If engineering data like that exists i have don't know about it but will ask around. By the by, what the heck does it matter? JB

Clues may matter

Hi Bob, Autoprop are trying to find out what should be the exact pitch of the 3 blade propellor I bought for them for this boat, and apparently the requested information is relevant. Thanks for your help. I should be grateful if you come across anything that might be useful in this question's regard. Sincerely, Joe Aquilina
