I would like to find other owners of 28 O'Days in the Florida Panhandle. We have five 28 O'days here in Panama City and would like to meet with other owners for cruising and events in this area. We are very active sailors in the Florida Panhandle and the Emerald Coast. Would like to have others join us. The East Pass of Saint Andrews Bay will be opening 15 December.
