272le boom vang and backstay adjustor measurements

Hi all. My 272le did not come with the boom vang or backstay adjustor lines set up. I have bought the fiddles I need to rig these, but am not sure on length and diameter of line I should get. Does anyone have either of these measurements? Or even a good guess on the length needed?

If you have a diagram, suggest rigging these up with small diameter tag line, remove and measure.
