270 Info please

I would appreciate any information on the Catalina 270. Sailing characteristics, things you like/dislike about the boat,handling,what needs to be added to make the boat more livable/sailable, etc. My wife and I are considering buying a 270 and any information to help us make our decision easier is appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the info,but with only one onwer review being posted on the 270, it is limited to only that one person. I was hoping for more input. How about you? Do you have a 270? How about you also writing a review of the boat if you have one!
