27 catalina with blisters

I have a 1982 27 with small blisters I saw last year and put off until now out on the cradle. I had the bottom soda blasted a week ago, what can you suggest to continue with repairs to reseal the bottom. I need to do a sanding and then patching the small dots to be filled.

Sand everything fair and let dry indoors until warmer weather in a low humidity environment if possible.. Not much drying can happen at the kind of temperatures you guys are going to see for a few months .. Indoors with a Visqueen skirt all around (toe rail to ground) and a dehumidifier under the skirt would be about perfect..
