Going to make it to the Tortugas this time. Last attempt was interrupted by the daily thunderstorms, and the strong possibility of a depression coming across the Yucatan. Currently at Moss Marina here in Ft.Meyers, and heading out for the Tortugas in the morning. Have had a pretty rough trip so far. Seems like every night we have been offshore, the big ol thunderstorms have blossomed. But getting much better. Sat here one extra day to allow this cool front to blow through, but the forecast for the next few days is excellent. Winds a little light, but with the forecast calling for only a " Chance of Thunderstorms" , is the best have had in a month.
