just got an old oday 25, does it use keel bolts or not. i just cleaned out my bilge and found 2 rusted out hook type objects, they dont look like bolts, what are they

It depends on if you have a full keel or
a Center board. Which do you have? The centerboard has no thru-hull bolts. The rusted items could be lugs for installing the ballast into the keel of the 25 centerboard. I think they lowered the lead in and then glasses it in. r.w.landau

i have a swing keel
i have a 75 swing keel, i think your right, it lookrd like i bolts to lower or lift it in to place. they are totaly rused. i am going to grind them down and paint so it wont rust an more... thanks
