240 or 26

Looking at both 240's and 26's.What is the good, bad and ugly of each.Anything one should look out for in purchase which is particular to that model?

240 26

240 has lottsa room for 24'. it has a wing keel so more trailering issues but okay. of course weighs less. 25&26 can have centerboards so retrieving may be easier. heavier so need bigger tow vehicle. look at all chainplate deck areas for moisture damage. G Winter's marina has a nice 240 that would be a good candidate for a survey. price went from 9k to 5.5k. I looked at it but wouldn't pay 9k . now I have a 25/ gene
