Curve, or "pre-bend", yes. 4" is a bit excessive. Maybe 3 1/4" to 3 1/2". my 260 has 3 3/4". If I recall , 1 per cent of the measurement from the masthead to the goose neck. All part of the B & R rig.
Which one are you looking at? I'm considering a 240 or 235 as a replacement for my 260 which I just sold. I think I have looked at just about every 240 on the internet in the last 3 days.
