I purchased 23 foot with diesel power(1978) this boat has a crank up down keel and it seems that someone hit bottom or somehow broker keel into the donut (half) compartment in the cabin area. It has a area broken the size of your closed fist. I do not know how to repair it so that keel will work properly and will not leak, I also need to know how to pack a drive shaft so that it does not leak into hull. This boat is from Fla. orignally.
