23 Temptest - 1969?

Okay, ran across a bro-in-law type deal on a 69' Temptest...minor work is needed but the price seems almost too cheap. Anyone have experience with hull/deck issues with boats of this genre? This will be a purchase to introduce my 14year old son to sailing, much like my dad/grand-dad did when I was a kid. Even believe this is the same model I learned to sail on in Biloxi.Also, anyone have suggested upgrades besides the obvious - head/freshwater etc?Thanks,Jim

Great link, thanks.... With all the bad weather we have had on Friday/Saturday I was unable to finalize the deal, but am going to try extra hard to get the ball rolling. My son is fired up abotu learning to sail now, so this will be a priority. Have a great one!Jim
