New to sailing this ODAY 23. On recent sail I anchored in cove with plenty of water below at low tide and the center board raised. It now seems to be stuck up and while sailing for a few hours the next day the center board would still not release. Has anyone experienced this problem and found a solution?:)

This isn't that uncommon. It's never happened to me, but I understand that sometimes weeds and stuff can get caught around the board and make it stick. Or marine growth.
You may be able to get it down by running a rod down the tube along side the pendant to push the board down. You'll probably need to remove the plastic through hull fitting to do this. Never had to do this, but if I did I would do it very carefully for fear of damaging the shackle at the end of the pendant.

We got ours stuck one time with lake weeds. I simply left the line with about a foot of slack when it was in our slip and the next time we came down to the boat it was free. If that does not work you can snorkel below it and pull or pry it down. Just do that in calm waters so you don't get knocked in the head.
