I am looking at a new motor, will an outboard with a 15 inch shaft work on this boat? 15 is the standard shaft, 20 is next but seems to require a special order often. What do you think?
Hi, I have a 23T also and with the high design of the stern you will need the longer length especially if a following sea lifts you up. The longer shaft will keep the prop in the water. Do you think the 23T needs a 100 lbs more weight in the keel for a stiffer motion? Ned
