am wondering here since I bought the boat "2months ago" its now shrinkwrapped and came with no bimini do any of you that own the same boat have one? what type/size did you buy? want to avoid custom built stainless system and looking for store bought factory type, but unclear of length /height any input would be a great help. thanks

Bad Company,
You might want to wait one season before you decide if you really want a bimini or not. In a small size boat they are a pain especially if you are going to lauch more than once per year. They seem to get into the way and since you are in a colder climate you might not really need one.

I agree - I find the binimi a pain for daysailing. For cruising it's nice to have. My wife insists on having it because she burns easily, but I hate it because it blocks my view of the main. It is easy to install and remove so I leave it home except when I think the Admiral wants to go with me.

Not an Option Down Here

With no bimmini your sunscrean has to include Teflon to keep you from sticking because you certainly are going to burn.

I have a bimini on my 23.5 it is coaming mounted... The Admiral and I like it. The problem I have is with my stearn rail seats. Folded or open it's in the way of anyone sitting in them
