I recently purchased a nice sailboat that has a access hole a few feet forward of the mast with a bolt that I don't know what it is but it leaks.I've been told a keel bolt. The leak has been stopped with epoxy. Does anyone have information about this bolt and it's function?Any infomation would be apprieciated.My boat is a l984 22'
