Looks like I was the only person from SBO to show up for this.

Raft up was a great time, you guys missed out on a fun evening. I'm surprised more people didn't show up for this, espicialy as I know a number of people on here are local to the area, many even closer than I am.

I single handed from Stamford to Port Jeff and back as all my regular cohorts were out of town. Made the 24nm return trip yesterday from raising the anchor to grabbing the dock lines in 4 hours and 20 minutes, which works out to a 5.5kt average speed for the entire trip, and even higher when you don't include the time I spent raising / lowering the sails and preparing to dock.

Too Bad

I would have loved to make it but now living in Florida my boat is in Punta Gorda and I am up here on LI with the motor home,I did bring my two Kayak's and went Kayaking the 14 with some 70 Kayakers, sorry I forgot about the raft I guess I could have Kayaked out there.
Any one know a good put in port jeff,I will be driving around in the rain exploring the area today at some possible places I know from years back, you need to be a resident to get to some of the ggod beachs, bummer.
