2009 Hunter 33. Common weak points to look for during purchase

I am considering making an offer on a Hunter 33, late 2000 model. I have done my research, am aware of general pros and cons. The boat I've got my eye on appears to be in excellent condition, low engine hours, 2 prior owners, never in charter. However, prior to making an offer and subsequent surveyor review, I was wondering what some of the common problem spots are. Anything in particular I should watch out for or look into?

2 of my sailing friends own early (2004-2005) Hunter 33’s with in-mast furling.

Mainsail age/shape is critical for using the IMF. Too baggy, and it gets hard to not jam the sail.
Check condition of continuous furling line for the main too.

These are sweet sailing boats though. No major issues that I have heard about.

We've had ours for 14 yrs. Only issue with these boats was the Yanmar heat exchanger which was changed 2005 going forward. Other than that, just normal wear and tear items and have not heard of any critical issues. I've also been very active on this forum all of that time and have not heard of any major issues.

We traded in our 2011 H33 (which we regret) for a Marlow Hunter 37. The marina sold the boat almost immediately after they listed it. During the survey, they found a wet spot in the deck core on the cabin top that had to be repaired. It was very small and the water intrusion was from a deck fitting screw. I would recommend a survey and ensure they look for leaks. Otherwise, the boat for us was great and we had minimal problems.

I own a 320 2001, is a great boat. have a look on the engine room specifically on the coupling transmission to shaft.
I am renewing all the system.
