Hello, I just purchased a 2000 Hunter 290, I've inherited a couple of problems with it, I'm hoping they aren't major. The first one is that it has an AC, they just replaced what I believe is an pump under the floor. So when we turn on the AC now, it seems like the water coming out of the AC is backing up (not draining properly). I looked around a little bit, the broker's best idea was to shove basically a piece of standing rigging wire down the pipe to try to unclog it. But I know in a house you can sometimes just hold a hose to the outside drain for a few seconds and that can clear it up (seems much less invasive.) Anyway, I imagine/hope one of your guys has a magic home remedy. Thanks!
