1999 380 freezer thermostat needed

The thermostat in the freezer compartment has quit working. I think somebody just jammed the knob all the way in the down pos and it will not move now. With the breaker on it is cool on the coils so I think the unit is fine. Starting my online search this morning but wanted to see if anybody had the same issue. Thanks in advance.

replace it with a digital one there have been very good reports of better performance in doing this....there are some excellent threads in the archives on this subject

Hello, I went with a digital one I found on EBay. It has been working fine for 3 years now. Not the best place to put it but it worked at the time and still does!
