Ken its been done and in the forum
Ken, on Peggy's recommendation and my experience with two other Jabscos on a previous boat, I replaced the Jabsco in our 340 with the Raritan. I think there is a picture in the archives/forum. The bolt pattern for the base does match up and you will have to drill two or three new holes. In my case, only one of the old holes was exposed after the installation. The other catch is that the handle of the new head has to be removed to lower the shower seat all the way. We have lived with it that way for three season and it hasn't been a problem. If we want the seat down, I just slide the pump handle out.Potential perm solutions are to cutout part of the shower seat, put the handle in a tubing bender and arc it downward, or just remove the darn thing.
