1998 310 hunter purchase

Looking at my first big boat purchase and wondering if anyone has opinions on this boat. strengths and weakness. things to watch for. any problems with the roller furling? the boat is on lake champlain and I do not believe it has been in salt water but will verify.

I have a 2000 290 which is awfully similar according to the manual I have. Quite happy so far with good speed 6.2 knots SOG is our best so far and decent pointing ability. We find her comfortable and spacious with windage at the dock the only thing I dislike so far other than the small v-berth which is likely as good as it gets for a boat this size. Good boat in my estimation and I am coming from a 38'er previously.
