That would help in my quest, I am in need of an end stop with cleat for my mainsheet traveler, size #3. I am also looking for a baseplate for one of the stantions. I can post some pics.
Thanks!

Pics would help. Since many sailboat parts are generic and not builder specific, someone may be able to direct you to a source that might be a supplier rather than a builder. Hope that makes sense.

What brand of traveller?

For the most part boat builders only build hulls and then install third party equipment. And, equipment brands may change from model year to model year. Boats are very different from cars in this respect.

If you don't know the brand of the traveller, send photos of the traveller and the traveller car and the block. Someone will be able to identify them.

Its a Lewmar, size #3. Here are some pics. I have a contact I am working with here down in Florida that is trying to source some parts, any help is much appreciated. On another topic, I will post a pic of my battery setup with ACR, two on/off switches, engine is a beta marine with the starter and alternator on one output, plus pos/neg busbars. Could you take a look and tell me what you think? I will put the Battery charger and house banks on this pos busbar also. Is this the best setup or would you change it. Thank you for the feedback. I've decided to redo the wiring as it was a jumble of a mess, and I am new to this game. Looking forward to having a tight setup that I can troubleshoot and understand.

You need a whole new traveler system from the looks of that system. You aren't looking to fix that one are you?

It was working fine till I started working with it and had to remove the port side end cleat/ stopper, like the one in the pic for the starboard side. Had to drill out a frozen bolt and was thinking of a replacement. What are your thoughts on why it won’t work?

Maybe it was just the angle of the photo, but one end of the track appeared as if it were worn down quite a bit. If it was just the photo angle then I'm wrong. Sorry, I should have posed that as a question.

Both sides of the track should be symmetrical. I looked back at your photos - it's hard to tell unless I was at your boat.

They are symmetrical, when specs were researched for a new one, they had the H, and W, of the traveler rail, plus correct model shape, but the L was off by around a foot. Have you run across this situation before? Thanks .

Isn't the L just the length?

Yes sir, I thought it odd the length was that different from the other specs that were spot on.
As long as it's longer, there is no issue. We often would cut them to the length needed for a given installation.

OK, let me focus here... so are you looking to replace the car or the track? Or???

If you are looking to replace the car, the L measurement doesn't matter at all. Like I said, we would cut them to the correct length for a given installation.

If you are looking to replace the track, then just make sure it's longer than you need....
