Hello everyone, I just sold by C&C & bought a 1995 Legend 355, a very nice boat. Its moored in Portsmouth RI & I daysail Narragansett Bay with an occasional trip to Cutty or BI. That should be more often now.
My first questoni is the below deck furler, whcih threw me when I saw it, & again when I tried to replace the too-short furling line. I'm trying to see if there's any way to find the model # since its not listed in the owners manual. Most of the boat is original so I'm pretty confident it is too.
I'm having trouble working in the locker & being able to find how to remove the line to replace it. Hoping htat with a model # I can get an exploded diagram to help.
My second question has to do with the stacking of the line on the drum. With only a 110 on I have fond the line stacks in one spot & jams the drum before completely deploying. I pull it out by hand & allow it to restack ona low spot & all is fine, but obviously not a long term solution.
I'd welcome any thoughts,
Thx, Tom Drechsler
