1994 Hunter 26 manual toilet

Hi,
I own a 1994 Hunter 26 that has a chemical toilet, i want to replace that one and install a manual toilet with water pump, is that possible in this model?

I suspect you'll be thwarted by the double bottom ballast tank, but some clever person may have figured a way around that obstacle. Assuming you can do it, take a good look at a Lavac head which is both simple, and non clogging. It was one of the best additions to my old Easterly 30. ( Lost to Katrina...RIP)

If you will look at the way a marine head is installed on the 260, follow that as the hull, deck and so on in that area along the port side and back to the rear is the same. You will have to build a platform behind the rear berth wall on the port side to accommodate a 20 gallon holding tank which is standard on the 260. Be careful when using a hole saw going thru the deck or stringer as not to punch the water ballast tank lid as some have done that to include me in the past.
