1991 First 310 Mast height

I'm considering sailing my boat from St Marks Marina (South of Talahassee, Fl) to Jacksonville, Fl and would like to cross Fla via the Okeechobee Waterway. I noticed there is a minimum mast height of 49 ft for that waterway. As my boat is four hours drive away I was wondering if anyone knows the mast height of this model and whether or not I should think about having it trailered. Thanks in advance, Jack

Think 49' is the MAXIMUM height

Your mast is about 41 ft. Based this on your "P" measurement of 37.86 ft. Looks like you've got lots of clearance.

F310 Mast Height

John,According to the boat spec info on this site, the mast height is 40 ft. I'm assuming that is the standard rig and not the tall rig version.Not sure I'd trust that totally, however, the I and P measurements of 37+ ft shown there are the same that I have for my 310 so the 40 ft shouldn't be to far off.

Randy, Thanks for the info. I did find the site you mentioned but as it was not from the factory I wanted to get a little more confirmation. I'd hate to get all the way to the middle of Florida and find I had to turn around. Thanks again, Jack
