I have a 1990 Volvo Penta Diesel Model 2003. This engine was put together in France by Beneteau. My raw water pump is leaking. My mission is to remove rebuild and replace. The pipes are made of copper and use an O ring to set the seal. I've looked at the shop manual and there's not much to go on. I guess there is a sequence used to remove the pipes and then replacing with the 0 rings making a secure seal.
Does anyone have an engine like this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
