When I bought my 1991 28'' in Feb, a gentleman by the name of C A Smith was
kind enough to share this with me. Now it's my turn to pay it forward. The manual is
large and very detailed. Prob not too many differences between the two years. I printed it out and keep a copy on my boat. If the link doesn't work, shoot me a message and i'll get it to you through email.

Have recently purchased a 91 built 28 in a sorrowful state; a manual would be a starting point . Thanks.
