They all have cast iron keels, which are generally poorly primed at the factory = rusting. I just had mine removed, primed, and coated properly, now I'm good for 30 years. My 12 year old had rust between the hull and keel, and was just starting to leak. They also have glued in beams (just like all the other production builders) which pop apart like a jack in the box when you have a light grounding. Now I'm all good with beams that are fibreglassed to the hull, and I have the perfect keel! As John mentioned, get a great surveyor and insurance to pay for grounding repairs.
