The starboard rope clutch on the cabin roof which I use for the main halyard slips. It's old and I can't find the maker anywhere. I would like to rebuild it but will replace if I need to. The name is Bearenster or something like that and it has a picture of a bear standing up. Anybody know anything about these and if they can be rebuilt? PS Is it a great hassle to replace a single with a double clutch?

Any clutch will do

just go to any marine store and get one that will handle your rope size. The popular brands are Lewmar, Spinlock, Garhaurer, Antal, etc. Go to an online store like www.defender.com or www.westmarine.com and peruse your choices.
