Good evening,
My name is Tom and I just aquired a project sailboat. I am new at rigging and sailing, but I am very excited about rigging this sailboat and learning the art of sailing. Apparently, this vessel has cruised to New Zealand twice, in it's earlier life. It is registered through DMV as a 1985 McGlasson Bahama. There is a stamped plate inside the transome hatch that reads: NO: 635745 NET 5.
I am looking for any information about this boat, especially outside pictures of it fully rigged, pictures inside the cabin, and plans/designs. I want to fully restore the boat, but difficult without any information. I am also curious if the type of vessel is correct. I hope there is someone with a similar model from whom I can gain knowledge.
I attached a weblink to some photos.
Many thanks and I am very grateful for this forum.
Best regards,
Tom Shaw
