1985 Hunter 23' question

I'm not near my boat so was hoping someone could tell me. (CDC, I'm looking at you )

What diameter are the sheets and halyards for the main and jib?
If I remember correctly, l the Halyards are 5/16ths

You are on the right right track with 5/16 inch diameter lines for halyards and jib sheets. Check this link out fit a Hunter 23: Running Rigging Calculator (sailboatowners.com). This reference recommends 3/8 inch diameter for main sail sheets Rope Diameter and Type.xlsx (rigworks.com).

@sail sfbay is correct 5/16 for jib sheet and 3/8 for main sheet. However Hunter went back and forth for on jib sheets between 5/16 and 3/8 inch line
