You can get replacement mast sheaves from Rig Rite Inc. (www.rigrite.com). They replace easily. Remove your mast head cover. Pry out the sheave/axel assembly(s). Replace the sheaves. Replace the sheave axel assembly(s). Replace the mashead cover. That's it! I opted for the aluminum sheave replacement when I did mine. I remember them being pretty expensive ($30 or so per sheave?).

Mine did come from Rig Rite too
It is real easy to get at the sheaves with the mast on the ground. There is a plate above the sheaves that is held by two screws. (See photo) The sheave pins just drop in slots in the masthead casting. One warning, there are two different sizes of sheaves up there. That's why I took photos as I disassembled it.
