Where did you get the mount for the chartplotter? We're looking to add a chartplotter to our 28 but can't find a binnacle mount like that.

looking at the picture of the boom with the dodger and bimini it looked like the main sheet was mid-boom but i guess that was the vang and the main sheet runs between the dodger and bimini.

I'd like to move my main sheet to a traveler on the cabin top so I can extend the bimini and add a dodger.

I must admit the picture that had me full of envy was the big....shiney... beautiful ...self-tailing winches. My 28 has a lot of very nice toys, but just standard winches. Were they hard to install? Were you able to use the existing bolt pattern or did you have to modify the mounting.

You gave me alot of ideas for my boat and I can see my spring list getting longer. Definately interested in the LED Lights under the Cabin ladder and galley sink area. Nice touch. Keep the photo's coming.

Euphoria 2011, Excellent work. Nautical, clean and practical. My 28 is being worked on also. Where do you sail? Been to the islands or at sea for a week? I do ocean and ICW. Only down wind in ICW with me 4+ draft. I am looking to connect with other Oday {especially 28's} and maybe have a southerly get together. Bill

Bill, thank you, I keep my Oday on Hilton Head at http://www.windmillharbourmarina.org/. This marina has a lock and the water is very calm, keeps the boat bottom clean longer. I normally sail aroud in Port Royal Sound or I go down to the Savannah area or someday up towards Charleston. I am installing a Wema fresh water indicator for the fresh water tank this weekend and maybe tape off, light sand and maybe another layer of Pettit flagship 2015 varnish (practical Sailor #1).
I also took all the floorboards to the house and sanded them down to the bare wood, put 3 coats of helmsman varnish on and then tonight i put on the second and final coat of Epephanes Rubbed Effect varnish, hope it turns out good.

Here are some pics of the additions I did over the holidays, santa brought me a JVC 22" LED TV/DVD combo (35 watts) and I got a GE 20db amplified HDTV antenna to use for over the air channels of which I got about 11 channels. I also got a Sunforce 3000 solar fan that replaced the older NICRO fan. I installed a WEMA fresh-water sender with the LED quanity gauge. Had to drill a 1/2 inch hole in the tank and wire it but now I can be sure how much fresh water is there for a weekend on the hook.
