Any advice is really appreciated.
There is wood rot and a hole next to the stern small floor access panel. Also because of this the access panel has no support.

Trying to decide what I should do.

So thoughts:
1) are replace the entire floor under the table area between the 2 white fiberglass strips that run the width of the boat. Wood or alternate material? Something that does not rot?
2) try to repair the small area... not sure how and what kind of material?

Not sure where to start any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it rotten or soft? I have a H31 1983 we had a soft spot in the general area of your pictures. Right by the aft settee at the table. We put some cut pressure treated two by fours slightly trimmed underneath. No more soft floor. If it is truly rotten May be time to replace.

I think what HM was suggesting is that if floor is soft because of support issues, once you find out why and correct the underlying problem, you can shore up the existing teak flooring and refinish it. If you decide to replace it, I think you will find the teak flooring used on the H31s to be prohibitively expensive. If you look at some of the recent posts on mods, you will see a number of very attractive alternatives.
