Has anyone weighed their boat, it seems like all the reference material has different weights for this boat from 2600 pounds to 3400 pounds. That makes a big difference on buying tires for a single axle trailer.

The specs just provide dry weight, you need to add the weight of the motor, batteries, fuel, water, provisions, the sprung weight of the trailer and other incidentals. Allow for an additional 400lbs. At 3,800lbs less the hitch weight each tire would need to support around 1,725 lbs. So get trailer type tires rated for around 2,000lbs. We trailer a similar 22' boat, a Starwind 223 and we trailer at close to 3800lbs. A water ballasted boat would trailer at a lower weight but if you have a swing, ballasted keel you will be close to the 3800 lbs.

According to the original Hunter sales brochure for the H22, the fixed keel version has a displacement of 3400 pounds, and the swing keel version has a displacement of 3200 pounds. As Benny pointed out, those are dry weights and don't include any gear or the trailer, so adjust as necessary.

When you look at the displacement weight, that generally includes the total weight of the keel and then it lists the ballast weight and in this case 3400 pounds which is boat of 2000 pounds and keel weight of 1400 pounds. Therefore, figure 3400 pounds for the boat and then look at the specs for the trailer and add for motor and extra gear. Figure around 4500 pounds for safety.
