Hunter H22 Lake Norman, currently
I am the proud new owner of a 1981 H22.

When I picked her up there were a couple of things to work on (as expected). The traveler car has a busted piece that I would like to replace without replacing the car or upgrading the track.

I believe her to be hull #1 so I feel obligated to replace as little as I possibly can so as to retain her originality. Unfortunately, I'm a little new to this so I'm seeking advice.

I've included some pictures. Thanks.

I'm not at all familiar with that hardware; hopefully someone who has seen it or knows the manufacturer will chime in.

If you can't get a replacement part, can you tell if the broken piece was originally a single casting, maybe aluminum? I see one screw and what looks like a hole for a missing screw. If you remove the track (probably a good idea to rebed it anyway) and remove the car, do the two end pieces unscrew from the center rod? If so, maybe a shop can weld in where the gap is, and you could redrill the hole for what looks like a shackle attachment.

In search of my next boat Palm Harbor, FL
It looks like the Nicro-Fico travelers on the rigrite.com page. I will try to see if there is any more information I can pick up for you. I might be able to swing by the boat at lunch, if not I will be out there this weekend.

I have an '84 H22 so if there are any pics or info from what I have just let me know.

Thanks, everyone. That is some great information.

Btw, the screw actually isn't missing - I removed it and hadn't replaced it prior to the picture.
