Good evening all. I began removing my coach roof hand holds and had one bolt that wouldn't remove as the nut was spinning inside it's fiberglass tomb. I needed to remove all of the nuts as my plan was to over drill the size of the holes and fill with epoxy before reinstalling the hand holds after repair and refinishing.
I ended up using a 5/8" plug cutting bit, which encircled the nut then followed up with the belt sander to remove the fiberglass down to the SS washers. The plan almost worked...a single fastener (both bow and stbd side) are in the head area and I haven't remove that head liner and will leave that set alone for now. See attached photos. Steve
