1977 Hunter 30 Edson wheel Ideler Rusted out?

I just purchased a 1977 Hunter 30 A Sweet boat(= Found the Adjustable Crossed Wire Idler to be completly rusted off)= Any Idea on Repair or Parts Available? This part looks to be made of steel? My first Keel Boat and I had to have a wheel (= Can I make a new part? Is their much to it? It is completly gone rusted away so i have no pattern

If it is a true Edson it should be bronze. But get their catalog and find something that will work even if it isn't exactly the right part.
